When 2 mates from blue collared backgrounds have the same idea to take high quality food to the people instead of making the people come to it, the Macquarie Bistro was born.

The menu is driven by creating a twist around pub classics with a strong approach to utilizing different cuts of the animal that are not used as often. We do not believe in wastage and we believe in using the highest of quality produce to give you the flavours that you can’t get at home.
